Description of the home

The house is situated in a quiet court. All neighbours are fantastic and help each other. It is quite a large house. 4 Bedroom. Separate lounge ( cinema ) room and living area. The house is fully furnished and everything in the house can be used. Well nearly everything. I ask to respect my positions. All you will need to is bring your self. Bus stop just around the corner. IGA in walking distance. Just behind. The Grovedale Hotel. There is also another living area outside if you want to relax out side. Fully air conditioned,The room for rent is the second biggest bedroom in the house. Has a window to the back yard. But when finished you will looking at a gazebo spa area. Which can be used at any time. I am happy for you to have as many people over that you want. All I ask is to show respect, and treat the home like it was you own. Clean up after yourself. Be there for each other. I am one of the most easy going people out there. I am there to help, talk to if you need someone to listen. Help you with advice. But I am manly here to have fun and laugh and enjoy life. I have three dogs. Now they are my kids. If you get along with them you we will get along great.
