Unit is on a quiet street with an extremely large backyard with extensive gardens.
The unit is made up of a large bedroom, and a living space with a kitchenette and bathroom.
Laundry and backyard are shared with the main house.

Place to yourself, sharing a yard with those who live in the house- all epic crew in their mid-late 30s who keep to themselves. We have a beautiful black labrador, very friendly and well trained.

Description of pets
Sooty is a gorgeous black lab approx 7 months old. Very well trained and friendly. Occupant is welcome to play/take for walks etc if they want.
