Off-street parking available. The 181 bus stop is a 3 min walk, which goes direct to ANU in 54 mins (catch up on reading!). A combination of driving to the R4/R5 bus stop takes about 45 to 55 mins door to door. Driving to Civic/ANU takes about 25 mins.

We are a relaxed, friendly home in a safe and secure location –a few minutes stroll the nearby lake and Murrumbidgee River and hiking tracks. Seven mins drive to Tuggeranong shopping centre. Fridge and freezer, oven, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave all included with warm ducted gas heating throughout.
