Description of the home

I'm looking for a new flatmate. Available fron 19 November 2024, possibly sooner as my current flatmate might be breaking lease. Includes a room in a 3 bedroom house with bills included in the $300 per week and free high speed internet. Room is unfurnished but the rest of the place is fully furnished with top quality stuff. I have a Sweedish outdoor Sauna and cold plunge mini pool with an outdoor shower. I also WFH 2 days a week in a converted shipping container office out the back. It's a sweet little setup really. 2 entertaining areas out the front and the back. Plenty of room for activities. I have 2 Persian cats which are my whole life. I need a flatmate who knows to keep the front door closed and not let them out. If you don't like cats, this is not for you sorry. Their my babies and come first. I would prefer a woman and no pets please. My cats would hate it, then hate me., then make my life hell. Parking out the front of the house and also room in the driveway for 2 cars. I'm chill. I gym 6/7 days a week. Watch TV for a few hours after work then I'm in bed reading around 8pm. This is not a party house. I don't drink or smoke atm.
