Large light filled Deakin Home on a quiet street, Lovely tree lined street, close to local shops and transportation.
House is quite large with 4 bedrooms, where i plan to always keep a spare room for any friends or family that wish to stay over.and also to Study / Work from home and
There will only be a max of 3 people living in the house,
There is 2 large Living Areas, Large dining area and an open Kitchen with Meal area
Parking available, (possible garage parking, depending on vehicle size) There is a large rear undercover patio, with lovely garden with raised vege beds so if your into growing your own veg, then this is ideal.
Garage with some storage available if needed.
The bedrooms will all have new carpet, I have enough furniture to make house comfy and will be acquiring more over the next few weeks, so if you have any furniture, then this can also be considered for use
If you need a double bed, then I have a spare one that can be used on discussion
