Hi all,
Currently working away for work (3 weeks on and 1 week off) so looking for a trustworthy, clean and reliable housemate to look after the house while I'm away, as you will have the whole house to yourself during that time.
House is fully air-conditioned, Wi-Fi included, Chromecast on the main tv and external security cameras for your piece of mind. All cooking utensils will be provided and you will have your own bathroom and toilet to use. Secure garage parking will be available.
Mowing of the lawn will be required once in every 3 week stint that I'm away to help out (mainly during wet season), and keeping inside areas clean will also be required.
Coles and a few gyms are close by.
Looking for a long-term tenant if the applicant is the right fit.
