The home is located in Trinity Beach which is a lively beach side suburb with local shops only a 2min walk away including groceries, take away, medical, beauty and a bus stop.
The beach is a 10min walk or 1-2min in the car, with many bars and restaurants located at the beachfront.
The house has 24/7 camera security with cars parked on the street which is very safe.
The house is homey with nice gardens and an outdoor patio to relax. The house is my pride and joy and I take a lot of time to keep every part of it in presentable way.

About occupants
My partner and I live full time here, it’s a 3 bedroom house with the other room rented out aswell. Currently we all work full time hours. I own the house and want it to feel like home to everyone. Yet please respect the space and know that its not a trap house or a house for all your friends.
We are very outdoors people always getting out and doing stuff aswell as hanging out at home. We are very clean people and like the house to always be in a clean condition. We cook seperate meals, you will have your own fridge/freezer shared with only the other roommates ( We have our own), also your own pantry space.
Weekly cleaning is carried out to the entire house and is shared between all house mates, this is something that is kept an eye on to ensure it’s completed correctly.

Description of pets
Small fluffy shih- tzu
and a sausage dog. They are clean dogs and all hair etc is well maintained and cleaned up weekly including the entire house.
