Build in the 80’s and extended twice to cope with a growing family this house offers ample living spaces and bedrooms for multiple people to reside together without interrupting each others routines. It has excellent sound proofing with thick becablock walls which was the original exterior walls. My taste in furniture is traditional and old world but you can certainly style your own living soace to suit yourself. Respect, commence sense and if ever in doubt, just ask. They are my three basis requests. And above all honestly & laughter goes a long way.

Only 1 additional person will be living in the house. I have my own business and work from home. I am an easy going 56 year old gay male who also cares part-time for my 94 year old mum who resides at a retirement village. I tend to keep to myself and live a very quiet and peaceful life with my Shitzu dog Winston and birds.
