Description of the home

I’m considering renting out the master bedroom of my house in beautiful Bargara!
Ideally I’m looking for a working professional who is social and fun loving.
The house is a newly renovated high set beach house. Although the house is small-ish, the bedroom is quite large.
Normally a breezy paradise, but there is air con for the hot days.
Plenty of storage space under the house, a garage and workshop with a massive fenced yard.
Archies beach is a 5 minute walk away and you can hear the ocean at night.
Fantastic neighbors as well!
There is an office space that can be used as well if u like to work from home occasionally.

Bills and expenses

The house is solar so electricity is included as long as the bill remains in credit. I use the air con pretty frequently in summer and so far, no bill!
There are no other bills really…. I may consider getting broadband connected if we can strike a deal, but I use hotspot for everything currently…
