Open plan, light and airy resort style living.
Nice out door area that’s quiet and private, the garden has a number of areas for different uses, such as studying, reading, relaxing etc.
I keep a minimalistic, tidy clean house for the most part, but not OTT.
Garage and driveway parking.
Located in a quiet street.
Rooms all have ceiling fans, and i do have AC in the main area, but i rarely use it as the natural breeze is a preference, except on those stinking hot evenings or chilly winter nights.
