Need someone to share brand new 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house. Prefer to have a full time employed professional. Students are welcome.

About the house:
This house has plenty of storage room, extra pantry space.
Bedroom can be partly furnished if required, can supply bed, shelf, desk.
Double lock up garage, nice fridge/freezer,dishwasher, security screens, air-con.
Washing machine, outdoor covered entertainment area.
All rooms are carpeted and have built in double robes, rest of house is tiled.

Close to the following:
Logan Hyperdome, Browns Plains Grand Plaza, Marsden Shopping Centre.
Public transport, Schools, Shops Griffith Uni, Logan Tafe, Logan Hospital.
Loganlea Train station, About 25 minutes to the city, 30 minutes to the Gold Coast.

Applicant must be employed or studying, clean and tidy, quiet and considerate of others, must be able to pay rent on time. $300 per week, long term and short term will be considered.
