Hi everyone,

We are open to having someone move in earlier/soon if we find the right person for our house.

In our house there is currently just myself and my fiancé in the 3 bedroom town house. We keep all areas clean and tidy and supply everything you need in a standard house e.g kitchen necessity. We like to have our space however always up for a chat here and there or the odd dinner.

We are in a great location being close to public transport like the Richland train station, 3 min drive to multiple supermarkets & close to multiple gyms.
You would have your own private bathroom and we have a pool in the complex.

We hope to have someone in the house that is clean and quiet but is also up for a chat here and there.

Jesse and I are chill quiet and clean. We enjoy a good chat but also respect others personal space. Occasionally play board games. We go to the gym most days but that does not stop us from enjoying good food.

We are normally up early in the morning for work or gym however always make sure we are quiet.
