Description of the home

This is a beautiful 3 bedroom town house. With two rooms available. One room is available now that includes a queen bed, side tables with lamps, and a built in robe. It Is with a shared bathroom. The bathroom is shared with one other occupant. The other room is the master room, which includes a king size bed, a built in study, walk in wardrobe and attached ensuite. The Master bedroom will be available Around the 13th of December. There are currently 3 occupants that live in the house. We looking for someone who is respectful, tidy and friendly that will get along with everyone. The only bills are Water usage (roughly $200 every 3 months), and power usage; but has solar attached to the house so power is very low. Home includes Broadband Internet, 60" smart TV, dishwasher, Air conditioning (downstairs only), and all rooms have ceiling fans. Small courtyard out the back (Very pretty at night). There is a swimming pool in the townhouse complex, about 20 meters from the house. Parking for the master bedroom will be available in the garage. other parking will have to be in the complex.
Richlands trian station is only a 10 minute walk away.
goodlife gym, and Woolworths not even a 5 minute walk away.
And zonebowling only a 2 minute walk away.
