Well appointed large Queenslander style home, I have lived here for 10 years so house very well appointed. High ceilings, multiple living spaces and large yard for entertaining.
Home is fully-furnished with high quality decor, except your room. Entire house has polished floors. Renovated, modern kitchen.
One bathroom but two toilets.
Multiple living spaces; large undercover deck upstairs, large outdoor entertaining area, Weber BBQ and fire pit (for those colder months!)
Plenty of space for entertaining a few friends or finding your own quiet space to relax.
Fully secured, gated property with intercom. Public transport (ferry terminal, bus stop etc) and the city riverwalk are literally at our front door.
The room being rented is a smaller sized room at the front of the house off of the main room, (adjoined to my room but keep doors closed so still private). This and the share bathroom is why we are looking for a male housemate only. You would share with two other gay males, and my Corgi, Morty š¶
Room currently has a queen bed in there, still plenty of space.
Has floorboards, high ceilings with lead-light windows.

Iām a social person with a wonderful circle of friends so on weekends I definitely enjoy some drinks or a dinner with my friends, either out or at the home. Our home has many different areas to chill and is in a great, central location so is very conducive to the odd social gathering. There is another male housemate upstairs, and one female downstairs with her own self contained unit and access so you will rarely see her. We also have a lovely Corgi named Morty.
My weekends or free time you can just as equally find me relaxing in the back yard doing some gardening and enjoying some sun š
I am very clean, and respectful having lived in share home situations my entire life. I have lived in this home for over 8 years so am very reliable and definitely take pride in the home.
I hope to find someone else who is equally as responsible, respectful, clean and partial to cooking a meal or having a wine together sometimes š·
Ideally you will also be working full-time, or have enough income if studying etc. Bills are included but you need to be able to contribute to the general household items as needed (cleaning supplies etc).
We have a fabulous back yard so someone not opposed to help out with mowing lawns and light gardening every once in a while (wine in hand of course) would be awesome!
Would prefer a non-smoker, however this is not a deal breaker if you are a considerate smoker and take it outside.
Hoping to find a new friend, that makes living together enjoyable and who enjoys a chat and a wine at the end of a day on occasion.
Oh, did I mention I love wine?
