The room avaiable is to live in a downstairs, fully furnished, self contained, 3 bedroom ground floor apartment, within a beautiful house, in sought after New Farm.
Also living downstairs is a friendly, gay male in his 30s. He works as a hair dresser and is interested in music, art, fashion, cooking and creative hobies.
Living upstairs in a private apartment in the same house, is a couple in their 40s.
The house comes with a lovely pool in the back garden which everyone can use and a private front courtyard for the downstairs residents.
The apartment is fresh, bright, clean and well maintained, with a big kitchen, lounge room. We are looking for a professional woman in her 30s, who likes to live peacefully and have the odd dinner or drinks.
This isnt a party house but it is relaxed, respectful, fun and happy household.
