One room available in a quiet, large home in a leafy established area of Mango Hill. House has multiple living zones (4) and much bigger than what people are expecting when they see the house in person.

Minimalist home so would suit someone with similar outlook.

There are two dogs which are very friendly and would accept cuddles any time you feel like it. You can have as little or as much interaction with them as you please.
*As there are already dogs here, we cannot accept any additional pets*

We will split the gas/electricity when the bills come in.
Fortnightly cleaner, water and internet = $30/week and are included in the 300 per week.

Room has built in wardrobes, fan, air con and is furnished with a queen bed and side table, or can be left empty if you have your own bed.

Move in date is flexible.

Non smoking/vaping/drugs please. Ideally a non-drinker too but understand a social drink here and there. We do not want anyone who drinks every day after work as it brings in a weird energy into a house full of health conscious people.

This property would suit a full time professional. Ideally someone who has a healthy outlook, and into their well-being and fitness.
