Two bedroom house with a shared living dining and kitchen. Looking for a housemate for $300/week inclusive of internet electricity will be split 50/50. I work from home 90% of the week and unfortunately the office space won’t be shared. Single bay garage for you to use. Home located 5 minutes from Westfield North Lakes and Costco. Two train stations close by incase you need to get around with public transport.
