After someone preferably between the age of 18-40, doesn't have to have similar interests but does help. Has to be neat, and respectful. Also someone preferably laid back as well and accepting of everyone and quirky tastes.
Since we do have a 2 yr old cat, I'm reluctant to have someone who already has a pet, although that could be talked about.
I'm from Australia and love both company and being by myself. I'm a barista with 2 jobs.
The bathroom is shared between myself and you, and I try to keep our house quite neat.
While I'm not a smokers (with the occassional cigar), we're accepting of outdoor smokers. Not currently 420 friendly due to previous housemates.

Description of pets
I have a 2 year old called Bella. She's very playful and adorable. Though can be a bitch at times. Indoor cat only, though does love to go out on the balcony and enjoy the sun.
