Description of the home

My apartment is a modern 2-bedroom and FULLY FURNISHED flat however, only 1 bedroom is available to rent. The bedroom includes a queen size bed with mattress, a ceiling fan, 2 bed side tables, desk, chair and large built-in wardrobes. You will get your own spacious bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin. The apartment has its own laundry and fully equipped kitchen with cutlery, equipment and dishwasher. I also have a large living area with a 65-inch TV and additional outside seating on a balcony.

There is a body corporate that must be adhered to. So, no wild parties or illegal drugs. There is additional undercover secure parking in the building but that is at an additional cost. There is plenty of off-street free parking.

My apartment is conveniently located in a central location near public transport, shops, and vibrant nightlife, making it perfect for someone who enjoys both a peaceful home environment and the lively atmosphere of the Valley.

Bills and expenses

Weekly rent is $400 per week plus 2 week’s rent as the bond ($800) upfront. Therefore, the first payment is $1200.
Please note bills are not included in the weekly rent and will be split between the two of us.
Shared: internet, water + electricity

I am ideally looking for someone long term, but the minimum stay is 3 months. If leaving, 2 weeks’ notice is required to ensure the bond is returned and the room and bathroom is clean and tidy as you found it.
