This 2-bed, 2-bath apartment is located a walking distance to Bowen Hills, Newstead, New Farm, Teneriffe, and Brisbane CBD.
The street is home to several quaint, cafes, a church, police station, IGA, and medical centre. Aldi, Woolworths, Dan Murphys, and Chemist Warehouse are less than a ten-minute walk away and a main bus stop is right outside.

Although the apartment is wonderfully central, the street itself is safe, clean, and generally quiet.

The apartment building comes with gym and pool facilities, as well as a private car park included in the rent.

You will also have your own bathroom, and a bedroom with a built-in robe.
The apartment comes fully furnished including whitegoods, however you will get to decorate your unfurnished room however you like.

Unlimited wifi and ducted aircon is also available.

Rent for this apartment is $350/week not including bills (energy rebate is a nice helper though). Move-in date is flexible from mid December to late January.
