The two story townhouse has three bedrooms, 3 toilets and two bathrooms (you'll share the guest bathroom with Annabelle). There's also a large yard (townhouse is on a 370sqm block) and an undercover patio.

The bedroom for rent measures 3.46m x 2.65m and has a built in cupboard with drawers and ceiling fan with remote.

The townhouse is in a spacious complex with 17 other properties, located in a quiet neighbourhood (you'll barely hear the neighbours).

We have a decent amount of extra storage available for any belongings you might want to stash away (just let me know what you need to store, so that I can make sure I can accommodate).

There's some off-street parking available in the complex, though you can easily find a place to park on the street if needed.

There's a separate laundry room with washing machine, clothes dryer and clothes rack, plus a full-size hills hoist outside.

The townhouse is located within a 7-minute walk from Ferny Grove train station, which will take you straight to the city. There's also a shopping complex (with a Woolworths and Aldi) and a Bunnings - both about an 8-minute drive away.

The townhouse is also located within a 7-minute drive of mountain bike tracks at Ironbark Gully, and within 20 minutes of tracks at Gap Creek Reserve and Bunya.

About the occupants
Currently two of us living in the townhouse, Annabel (22 y/o) and myself (42 y/o), both working full time. We're easy going and like to socialise and have a chat. However, we also value a bit of quiet time. We're not into house parties, though do enjoy a meal and the occasional glass of wine or beer with friends.

I’m very active and go to the gym most days. I like to wind down with a book or a bit of TV.
