Hey folks,
This house is an older style Queenslander which makes it very homely. I love the wood floors and the fact that the lounge (at the front of the home) is risen up a half flight of stairs, when the sun sets the light pours in and there is a lovely view of the neighbourhood. The backyard is a fantastic space to relax in, lay a mat down and chill for the arvo. It's a really safe and welcoming neighbourhood. There is a cul de sac at the end of the road so there isn't any traffic. A lot of older couples and young families live surrounding me, they are lovely and kind and lend a hand if needed. It's a great location for public transport, the bus stop is about 10metres away and the train station a 5min walk.
