We live 240m away from a bus stop that goes to the city, cultural centre, etc.
700m from the Newmarket Train station.
900m from the Newmarket Village (Coles, BWS, different restaurants, cinema, etc)
There is a cute park about 200m away with a public pool.
Our home has a lovely deck, heaps of storage, generously sized common rooms. We have a nit of furniture/appliances but as our housemates are moving out, there is room to bring your things and make it feel like yours too.

Busy bee who works in domestic violence and undertaking part-time Masters in Psychology. Mostly out of the house during the days.
Emily: 26-year-old audio engineer/lecturer/music person who is equally a silly goose. If I’m not at the studio, uni or band practice, I’m usually pottering away in my dad shed making cables n weird stuff. Don’t mind a beer and a gig here and there but mainly quiet or having soft jams at home. Love art, weird pottery, floor lamps and vinyl.

Description of pets
Bambi: dorky Manx cat with genetically stubbed tail. Very friendly, will rub up against you, barely sheds fur (Maddi is allergic to cats but not to her). Loves doing parkour against the wall and meowing at people who are in the toilet.
