3bd apartment on top of Coorparoo Square, great facilities in the building - pool, gym, tennis court, as well as plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, hairdressers and more. Close to bus stops and train station. They also have an ice bath on the balcony as well. Located on the 11th level we have a stellar view of the Gabba, amazing city landscape and cracking sunsets.
Bedroom does not have windows as is an interior room, has a sliding door that has an aircon located directly outside of the room. There is currently no clothing rail in the wardrobe, can be installed or alternatively recommend getting a free standing rail which is what I have done for the last few months while being in the room! Wardrobe does have shelving.
The house comes furnished you will just need to bring furnishings for your room. Bathroom is shared with one guy, as the master bedroom does have a ensuite so other housemate doesn’t use it.

Would be living with two mid 20s guys, they both work in real estate and spend their downtime running or at the beach.
Looking for someone around their age, who doesn’t mind socializing but is also respectful of everyone’s space.
