Two bedroom dog friendly Queenslander in Coorparoo, with a good size backyard and downstairs storage. Off-street parking available. Air-conditioning in the lounge room and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. The room is unfurnished. Shared bathroom and plenty of room in the office to set up a second desk, or happy to share the space as is, as I don't often work from home.
Short walk to Langlands Park Bus Station and Stones Corner and pool and close to Norman Creek bike way. Short drive to the shops (Coorparoo Square, Carindale, etc) and lots of restaurants and cafes.
Would suit a single working professional around my age. Non smoker preferred.
Rents is $340 per week, utilities (elec, gas, water; internet) are not included. Room available now
