Lowest 4 bedroom house close to public transport - 5-10 minutes walk to Carseldine train station and bus stops. Shops all close by. We are offering a medium sized unfurnished bedroom with a built-in wardrobe which also has a fair bit of storage space. The bathroom which has a separate shower and a bathtub will be shared with Dave our flatmate as will the toilet area. Big backyard and inclosed entertaining area. If smoker there is a designated area. My husband and Dave are smokers so wouldn't mind if you were also. If have car can be parked in our driveway.
