No household bills except if extreme use of power & water is over usual costings for owner. Over many years it has been rare that anyone has had to pay any bills. Tenants organise extra internet if required and are responsible for that payment.

About the occupants
I am a retired hospital social worker living upstairs in unit. I have two small dogs and lead a busy but private quiet life in Flora Hill and in Melbourne. I do not have many visitors but love my rustic double storey unit and garden. The unit is very restful and quiet and it would not lend itself to loud music or parties due to my requirements and that of the body corporate. However I am easy going and my last tenant in her 20's stayed for a year. (She used headphones) so we both lived very well together.
Compatible people
Suit anyone who wants a quiet life, no smoking, short or long term, working, studying or needing to come and go to Bendigo. Respect for each individual's requirements. Being upfront about needs. Easygoing nature - not the place for grumpy people. Privacy acknowledged - I do not go into a tenants room nor do they go in my space upstairs unless invited. Keep shared areas tidy after use. Shared cleaning downstairs if required. References required.

Jolie 16yo old MalteseShutzu on way to dog heaven is blind and deaf- sleeps most of the time.
Cobber 14yo rescue Maltese too- loves food - both inside dogs & stay upstairs with me- can bark sometimes if I am away from unit but they travel everywhere with me. Both well trained to go outside- so no messes in house. Sometimes I look after friends dog too-as they do mine if I am overseas etc
