We are a 27 year old male, 25 year old female couple, as well as our 26 year old male housemate, who all work full time, regular work hours. We have one room available now (single person or couple) and the main bedroom will be available in approx 1 month (single person or couple). Rent will be dependent on how many people we have in the house, at present we pay $166 each divided amongst 3 people. We are looking for a housemate around our age, who doesn’t mind being sociable but is also happy to do their own thing.
