I'd like someone that ensures that they clean up after themselves and respects themselves and the space around them, but at the same time, I'm not going to be down your throat about a plate or two as long as it doesn't sit out for multiple days.
Idealy a young professional would be preferred or late in studies university student and someone who has experience with house sharing.
A non smoker would be ideal and this does include vaping, but happy to discuss.
