Bedroom will be mostly unfurnished (Double Bed available - frame & mattress only & desk & chair available can stay or remove). Neat and tidy large bedroom, built in double wardrobe, fits desk and chair, or vanity, (ie the previous housemate had added a tall boy for extra drawers, piano, a desk & chair) currently double bed but can fit a queen and a small private balcony area that could fit a couple of chill out chairs or a little plant haven. Completely black out the room with blinds and curtains but the big winner is a ceiling fan and an air conditioner/ heater.

TEXT ME If interested , number listed on profile, I've been a bit busy to focus on showing the apartment but got to get a wriggle on now so read below because it's a brilliant apartment and I'm looking to fill swiftly. :)

This apartment is an absolute gem of a home in Surry hills. I've been here for 4 years and still love it. Firstly it’s a pretty big 2 story apartment. Big living room, fully equipped kitchen with everything including a dishwasher, hardwood floors upon entry, full laundry and dryer, bathtub, 3 aircons (one in each bedroom and one in the living room),1 toilet upstairs iun shared bathroom & 1 separate toilet downstairs, 1 small balcony, one big balcony and heaps of storage. Also Harbour bridge views from 1 balcony or from down stairs large windows.

Great spot, about 2 minute walk to the shops, 5-10 minute walk to the SCG, 10 minute walk to central, 20 minute walk to Pitt st mall and essentially you’re a less than a 5 minute walk to any pumping bar or restaurant down crown street or Oxford st. Look it’s near everything you need. Its the good side of Surry Hills.

There is a garage underneath our building but I don’t rent a carspace (others in the building may rent out their parking spaces) I just have a permit for street parking in the area so can always park anywhere around Surry with ease.

The building itself is super cute and a very nice vibe, no one lives above or below and everyone in the building is nice. And always willing to help out if you need anything. You’ll be right in the thick of it all while the apartment it’s self is private and quiet enough

Happy to make friends or not fine either way after all we're all just here trying to make it in the big city so just respect and honesty is all that matters to me. I try not to sweat the small stuff.

PSA I'm not a neat freak at all, aka I won't start twitching if there is a spoon in the fork section. I'm just hygienic and respectful of mutual spaces. All good if you’re relaxed and chill or more of a party monster, I’m good with all. Generally a relaxed house through the week.
