Bills and expenses

Bills are just the usual boring ones... electricity, gas, water and internet. Never more than $100/month. We usually do a bulk buy of household goods about once a quarter, which we share evenly.

We have a cleaner once a month which is $25 each, and a gardener whenever the jungle gets too unruly, usually only every 6 months, about $50 each.

About the occupants
There are three housemates, Baines from Adelaide, Shapo (Alexandra) from France, and Bonnie from Sydney! We're all professionals (sometimes!) in our late 20's - mid 30's working in the city and Surry Hills. We're active and up early for the gym and yoga, we cook and chill out at home during the week and will very happily hang on the couch and laugh with housemates. We're outgoing, social and mostly out and about with friends on the weekend. The house is inviting and we like to have friends visit sometimes but are respectful of peoples' busy and professional lives, especially on weeknights. There's also a pretty cute puppy called Graeme who will most likely try to lick you to death.
