Hi, I'm Matt, and I'm looking for someone to move into my place as soon as possible.

The available bedroom comes with a wardrobe, blockout shutters and new carpet. The lounge room is fully furnished with a TV, couch, and Netflix – all included. I rarely use the lounge, so you and your partner will have plenty of space to unwind there. Additionally, you'll have your own office, located just off the lounge room, for extra privacy. You will also have your own personal shower and toilet.

I’m pretty laid-back and happy with whoever moves in, as long as you're respectful to the house and are also laid back.

There is also plenty of outdoor space if you want to barbeque or just chill outside.
