This is a large share house the people here all mostly work are all quiet and respectful.
Occasionally we all enjoy house bbqs, music, play cards, watch Netflix, and at times we all play tennis/Pickleball to keep fit.
There are some small mini friendly Jack Russells pet dogs in backyard, house cat
This is a very safe secure home and the people that live here are kind and quiet, we are all social friendly but all work and keep to ourselves.
The house is fully fenced with large fence and we have never had a break in. It won’t flood upstairs where your room is as is high set home.
It’s a quiet street, close buses and shopping centres all 10-15mins walk.

The other downstairs house mates are clean tidy respectful and quiet.
We are all friendly kind people.
Some of us like a drink together at times when having an occasional bbq, but we mostly all work and keep to ourselves.
It’s a non-smoking home.
We like cooking and going to cafes for a nice coffee.
It’s a safe secure home with nice people no conflicts and close to major Shopping Centres is very central location buses close by.
There are some miniature dogs that live outside and have there own area at night or if we are entertaining guests.
The people living here are aged between 24 years to 52years. . This house has nice respectful of privacy, clean social people living here.
We also prefer someone reasonably quiet and respectful of others in the home.
The perfect person would be social friendly respectful and very clean and tidy.
Single person please, we do not allow any extra guests in the home for privacy, safety and security reasons, only people renting their room are to be only people in the home.
