Queen size bed with two drawers underneath bed in a decent sized room with built in wardrobe.

Bedside cabinet and lamp. Sliding glass doors lead to the balcony. Ceiling fan which is super quiet and electronic block out blinds to ensure a peaceful sleep. A well-appointed room with a comfy bed. Bed linen and towels provided. Space for luggage on balcony which is secure and under cover.

Think of my place as home while you’re looking for your ideal situation. Would suit a person in town on a course or a temporary assignment. Also suit sometime looking for their ideal place without the stress. That’s my niche - a temporary pit stop.

A modern 2 bedroom apartment, 1 bathroom (with an awesome shower) in Zetland to share with one other person, me. Its my home.

Tasteful and comfortable. Close to domestic and intl airports and central Sydney. Large balcony with outdoor dining table and chairs. Great space to relax in. Living and dining in one room with kitchen along one side. All modern appliances. Foxtel and WI-FI.

Transport is excellent - Green Square station is closest - 10 mins walk and a 2 min walk to buses both to and from city. Routes M20, 343 and 304. 370 to Coogee and 392 to Maroubra.
10 mins walk to bus stop (route 370) for Randwick, UNSW and Coogee.

Go Get car scheme available for those who don't own a car but possibly need one from time to time. Visitor car parking available on request.

Conveniently located to nearby cafes, restaurants and East Village. The building has two courtyards and there are three green parks in the immediate vicinity.

Zetland is a sought after and handy location to Rosebery, Alexandria, Waterloo, Surry Hills, Kensington, Randwick and Coogee Beach. Darlinghurst and Paddington are 15 mins away.

I walk a neighbour’s dog Milo, (a toy poodle) a couple of times per week and he likes to hang out with me at home sometimes. He is good company and ball obsessed. We spend a lot of time at the park. He is a very friendly little guy.
