Location:
This is a prime location, two minute walk from Green Square station and shops (including a Woolies Metro, BWS, fast food and restaurants). Extremely close to buses that take you in most directions, including Newtown which is about 15-20 mins away by bus. There's also East Village, a nice little shopping centre nearby with a great gym. Heaps of awesome cafes nearby as well as pubs/bars, the best being in Redfern and Surry Hills (a short bus ride away). A really nice public pool is located nearby as well.

House Description:
Nice little single story terrace house with awesome insulation meaning cool summers and warmer winters. All living spaces (even the bathroom) have skylights and there's a great vibe. The living room is nicely sized and has a sofa bed for any mates sleeping over. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped with everything you'll need, as well as new appliances (dishwasher, fridge) including a dryer/washing machine combo. I also have a Weber charcoal BBQ out back.
