Location:
This is a prime location, two minute walk from Green Square station and shops (including a Woolies Metro, BWS, fast food and restaurants). Extremely close to buses that take you in most directions, including Newtown which is about 15-20 mins away by bus. There's also East Village, a nice little shopping centre nearby with a great gym. Heaps of awesome cafes nearby as well as pubs/bars, the best being in Redfern and Surry Hills (a short bus ride away). A really nice public pool is located nearby as well.

House Description:
Single story terrace house with recently renovated roof and insulation. All shared living spaces (even the bathroom) have skylights. The living room is well sized and has a sofa bed for any friends sleeping over. The kitchen is very well-equipped with everything you'll need, as well as new appliances (dishwasher, fridge) including a dryer/washing machine combo. The backyard car port is very large and is a great place to keep your car if you don't get a permit.

Bills and expenses

For each person, the only bills are: electricity ($60-80 per month), gigabit speed unlimited internet ($50 per month) and water (roughly $5-10 per month).
