Located 5 minute walk away from Bondi Junction Westfield + train station and on a populated street of cafes and boutiques. You’d be living with just me and my darling cat Aggie 🐈‍⬛

About the apartment:
- $375 p.w. excluding some bills (water included)
- 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment (you would be ‘Bed 2’ on the floor plan, and it's full unfurnished)
- Kitchen with gas stove & brand new dishwasher, and laundry cupboard with dryer & brand new washing machine!
- Cannot be a party house as it’s in a tight block with 6 other units, and would prefer to keep visitors to a minimum!
- Currently construction surrounds the unit, which is estimated to finish mid October (I will give more details on this if you message me!)
- Common grassy garden area
- Street parking available with a permit / some unrestricted parking
- Gorgeous art deco building with so much character and in such a convenient and lovely location! I’ve felt really safe living here and have been loving going for walks around the area.
