Roomy bedroom located in a quiet, beautiful, and convenient area. This apartment is in Wollstonecraft, conveniently next to Crows Nest and a 8 min walk to the train and metro. It's 20 minutes from the apartment to the CBD by the train/metro. Easily accessible to shops, cafes, and restaurants by foot. There's undercover parking available for you as well that is included in the cost. The apartment has a communal herb garden that you are free to pick from. Your room is very large and includes a built-in wardrobe with ample storage. A desk, monitor, and office chair is provided. There's in-unit laundry, and a shared bathroom. I normally share this 2 bedroom apartment with my partner but she needs to go back to the US for a couple of months to heal an injury. I work hybrid with a couple of days in-office in the CBD. I am clean, respectful, and responsible and looking for the same in a roommate.

I'm 28 years old and originally from the UK. I've been living in Sydney for the past 1.5 years with my partner. Unfortunately she has an injury and needs to go home for a couple of months to rehabilitate it. Looking for someone to rent out our second bedroom in her absence.
