The unit:
Top floor apartment, freshly painted and new carpet through out, new kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Large lounge room with AC and dining space with some storage cupboards. 1 clean bathroom with just a shower.

The complex is quiet with shared garden, pool, bbq and games room.

The unit is furnished with my furniture but open to pieces if you have them.
Regular buses to the City, North Sydney and Chatswood 3 mins away on the main road.

About the occupants
Us:
We’re two lovely ladies, Jess and Annabel, and a sweet senior dog (Bailey) in our mid 20’s-30’s. Current housemates who have sized up our lease and looking for someone clean, tidy, relaxed and social to join our fun, chill and respectful co-living lifestyle. We’re social and like a catch up over wine/beer/fishbowl but our place isn’t a party house and a retreat from our busy lives.

Annabel is from Munich, finishing her thesis and works as a content manager/creator. She loves a beer, chat and night out meeting new people as well as relaxing craft hobbies. Desperately seeking a tennis partner.

Jess is a Sydney gal, graphic designer and creative who loves nature, Aus music, art, yoga and out with friends. Also the owner of Bailey a 14 y/o Pomeranian cross, who is the sweetest dog you’ll ever meet and loves a cuddle and some sneaky chicken.
