I’m looking for someone to move into this 2 bedroom apartment in the Messina building, with street and pool view. The apartment has 2 balconies; lounge room and bedroom. The unit is spacious with a lounge room, dining area, stainless steel appliances, air conditioning, washing machine and dryer. The apartment is fully furnished, apart from your bedroom. Messina building is a secured building and comes with your own car space with visitors parking also.

Messina building is located close to the Piazza (restaurants) shared apartment, pool, gym, ferry, Bicentennial Park and is close to Olympic Park with a walking distance to the stadium. There is frequent bus service available which takes you to Sydney Olympic Park wharf (5 minutes) or to the nearest railway station; Rhodes (10 minutes). If you do not drive, bus/ferry/train is available. The transport is frequent with free community bus services in the area.
