Im a single professional man that works Monday-Friday. I'm well house trained.
I enjoy weekends at home including sports and hobbies.
I also do a lot of volunteering and I like to cook. I've been a part time chef before so I'm quite happy to cook and share. I don't expect the same in return. I usually only eat lunch anyway.
I'm not a clean freak but I'm tidy and respectful of a flatmates space and routine. (Expect same)
I enjoy cool music on when cooking and louder on weekends if I'm doing housework.
It's a 2 bed apartment each with our own bathroom. We would share living spaces and office nook off the living space.
There's an all day sun balcony with BBQ and vegie garden. A reasonable kitchen for an apartment this size. There's an internal laundry with dryer.
Also for your piece of mind my work requires me to have a Police check and a Working with Children Check.
Compatible people
Someone that wants home to be a happy sanctuary. Someone that's happy to hang out and watch TV or Steaming. Or not.
But I guess someone that wants to make a new friend. Thats most important to me.
I don't drink much myself and I don't smoke. I'm fine with others who drink though. However smoking is a deal breaker at home
