I’ve been the owner of this amazing townhouse for 7 years now. I am looking for someone to share it with the other flatmates making it 3 people in total, 3 bedrooms and 3 levels.

Having lived in the house myself for the last five years, you can guarantee this place has a homely feel and is well kept, like a family home rather than a rental property. I still manage the house personally and pay all the bills. I have a great relationship with the other housemates and having a personal relationship with me makes it even easier to live here.

Isaac: A global citizen if I’ve ever met one! Isaac has lived all over the world in places like Kenya, New York and London. He’s also a software engineer and loves his technology.

A friendly professional aged 24-35 that likes their own space would fit in great. The rooms are quite spread out so they barely cross paths. The housemates like to do their own thing and don't rely on the each other to make plans. They hang out in their own rooms and eat on separate schedules so the space is all yours most of the time.
