Hi there!

I’ve just landed this gem of a penthouse apartment with air conditioning and am looking for a housemate to share it with. This is the first place I’m renting on my own since returning from overseas, so I’m busily furnishing the place out with everything new. By the time you move in, it will be totally functional. You will need to supply your own bedroom furniture, however. I’ve taken the smaller room on the main floor, leaving the entire master “suite” downstairs for you – you’ll have your own bathroom and patio all to yourself.

- Excellent location: Adjacent to Surry Hills. Coles, Aldi and Asian grocer just around the corner (two mins). 10 min bus ride to central station.
