I’ve just secured the lease on this place and will be moving in on the 6th of December. The apartment is quite big and has a huge east facing balcony. The bedroom has a sliding door to the balcony so will get a nice breeze and plenty of light.
The bedroom should fit a queen size bed and it has a built in wardrobe for storage.
There is plenty of space for a desk in the living area if you work from home etc and the rest of the apartment will be fully furnished.
You will have the main bathroom to yourself as my room has an ensuite.
The apartment is a 5 minute walk to Sutherland station and less than 10 minute walk to Coles.
