🏡 The terrace is located on quiet and peaceful Riley Street in Surry Hills, there are no shared walls between bedrooms (our bedroom's upstairs, yours is downstairs).

🛏️ The room is fully furnished including bed, wardrobe, drawers, shelves, desk and chair. The bedroom also has blackout blinds.

✅ Fast and reliable internet. Large lush and grassy backyard. The house is already fully furnished so this place is best for someone who doesn't have lots of things. We have a robot vacuum cleaner to mop and to help to keep things clean ✨

📍Close to buzzing Crown Street with plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. Great connections to public transport - 10 minutes’ walk to Central station, 2 minutes to the light rail and just around the corner from buses to Bondi Junction, Coogee Beach, Marrickville and Central.

🏋🏻 Great exercise options with a gym on Crown St and park/pool at Prince Alfred Park nearby.

🛀🏻 The home has a bathroom plus a second toilet (outside).

🚘 Street parking permit available and spots are pretty easy to find.

🎯 We don't want our housemate to be a stranger, the ability to bond and feel comfortable in each other’s presence is very important to us. Sometimes we also cook for each other and share meals :)

This is not a party household, we enjoy our quiet time as much as we do like being social, and occasionally have gatherings.
