Hi, and thanks for taking a look at my listing. :)

On the ground floor of my house I have two bedrooms. The room available is the second one, between the front room and the lounge, measures 3.5x3.4m with a large built-in wardrobe (see pictures for a better sense of the space) and plenty of natural light. It can be furnished if needed. The rent includes all bills.

You would be sharing the downstairs lounge room and bathroom with our other awesome housemate Millie who works in television production and hospitality.

There is plenty of untimed parking available on the street, and we're a short walk to Stanmore train station or Parramatta Road for regular buses to the city. We are also only a 10-minute walk to Norton Street for shops and cafes.

You would be located on the ground floor of the house where the main bathroom/laundry (with shower over bathtub) is. Your downstairs space is shared with Millie, and upstairs is Laura with her sweet cat Cupid. Cupid is incredibly friendly and will often be downstairs saying hi to everyone. Laura has her own bathroom and studio space upstairs.

The room will be available short-term from December 12 for likely a couple of months at this stage, with possibility for extension. Couples are welcome, but there will be an additional $40 payable weekly to cover energy bills.
