Description of the home

We are looking for a third housemate to complete our converted warehouse home in St Peter’s. Our place is a 7 minute walk to St Peter's station and South King. Our house has a modern interior with polished concrete floors and exposed brickwork. We have a large living area filled with indoor plants, 2 bathrooms, 2 balcony’s growing plants and herbs and a rooftop with a veggie patch, perfect for evening hangs and to share a wine (or 2)!



We have a fabulous industrial style kitchen with breakfast bar for coffee in the morning. The bedroom is light filled and spacious.



The room is a good size, easily fits a double or queen size bed and comes with a hanging rail for your clothes. It has beautiful light and a leafy outlook.

You would be sharing with Mikey (31) and Kelly (36) who work full time. Generally keep pretty low key during the week but like to socialise and enjoy a few drinks on the weekends.



We are looking for someone similar - a housemate who keeps a clean house, enjoys gardening and has similar shared living expectations. A friendly person that is up for a chat but also respects the need for downtime.
