St Ives

Description of the home

The house is in St. Ives - just a 7-minute walk to The Village Green, 25 minutes to the beach, and 10 minutes to Hornsby. This spacious, light-filled home has a big lounge room that is connected to a dining area, with a sunroom just off the kitchen. It’s designed for easy, comfortable living with all the modern conveniences you need. Your bedroom can comfortably fit a queen-sized bed, a wardrobe, and is flooded with natural light. If needed, I can provide furniture for the room. You’ll share a bathroom with me, which includes a shower, toilet, vanity, and cupboard space. There’s also plenty of storage under the house and ample off-street parking available. The backyard is great for relaxing with BBQ facilities and a large swimming pool to enjoy during the summer.

You will be sharing with two easy going girls 40+ who work full time and 2 naughty cats! So we are pet friendly for the right dog. WFH option is available for 1 -2 days per week as one of us has this option and unable to accomodate two people, full-time.

All utilities included. $30 per month for gardens if we get someone in to do them.
