The house had recently a fresh makeover with new timber flooring, timber stairs and glass balustrade, new bathroom with a skylight in it and high-end built-in wardrobes as well as new furniture throughout, creating a stylish and comfortable living space. Yours and my bedrooms (bigger than it looks, queen sized bed fits nicely) and bathroom (shared w/t me) are on the 1st floor while Jakub's room and bathroom are on the ground level. I am happy to share the mini-office in the upstairs corridor, though only on the days I am usually in the office, which is typically MONs and THUs, and on the weekends.

Your room will be empty and clean before you move in so you'll have to sort out your own bed and any other bedroom furniture.

We are looking for a 3rd housemate to join us in the newly renovated two-story home nestled in the heart of the Balmain peninsula!

The home boasts a modern open-plan layout on the ground floor, perfect for socialising and relaxing. The spacious kitchen flows seamlessly into the living room, which opens up to a cozy and private backyard – ideal for summer barbecues and morning coffees.

The place recently received a fresh makeover with new timber flooring, timber stairs and glass balustrade, new bathroom with a skylight in it and high-end built-in wardrobes in every room as well as new furniture throughout, creating a stylish and comfortable living space. On-street parking is available for those with vehicles, and the vibrant Rozelle / Balmain neighborhood is right at your doorstep, with an amazing cafe and a bakery and brewery less than 5 minutes away and many Balmain pubs, restaurants and parks just a short stroll away. Bus station is only 2 minutes away by walk.

In terms of utilities, we’ve pretty much everything: High-speed internet (included in the bills), air conditioning, outdoors seating, BBQ, high quality combo washing machine & dryer, dish washer, spacious fridge, all the kitchen ware you’ll ever need and lots of storage room with new built-in wardrobes, high end TV and surround sound system for cinema-like experience and all sorts of TV subscriptions (on the house).

Lastly, the house comes alive with the playful energy of my two English Staffordshire Bull Terrier girls (sisters - see photos in the library). Don't worry, they're incredibly friendly, calm and well-trained and always incredibly welcoming to any and all visitors…don’t count on them protecting anything! If you've got your own pet, we're of the mindset that the more the merrier! Again, my girls are heaps friendly (incl. dogs) and happy to share their barney bed with new friends.

We're looking for a friendly, easy going and respectful housemate. We're both pretty busy so the house can be quiet during the week but on the less busy days we're always keen to hangout and watch movies. On the weekends, we love to spend time outside as we're both quite active. But of course, if it's a busy period, we also don't have a problem with respecting each other's space, privacy and mind and keep it down. As the saying goes - e mi casa es su casa!

Description of pets
I have two English Staffordshire Bull Terrier sisters, Zahlie (6 years) and Aahraya (8 years), who are the true stars of the house. They’re sweethearts—super friendly, calm, incredibly well-trained and don't really make any mess. They love walks and playtime, so if you’re an animal lover, you’ll fit right in!

But don’t worry; they’re well taken care of, so if you’re not a pet person, you can still enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.
