I’m looking for a clean, considerate, and reliable flatmate (late 20s to late 30s) to share my gorgeous new 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of Rosebery.

Move in date 18th January 2025. I won’t have access to the apartment till January 10 but aim to have all the common rooms set up and ready for you to move in. Happy to meet over video chats and I also have recorded videos of the apartment I can share with you with the goal of letting you see the apartment as soon as it's available to me.
