Your areas include a queen sized room with built in wardrobe, seperate bathroom with shower, linen cupboard and drawers and shelving in common areas. The unit is Beautiful, modern, secure, comfortable, spacious, luxurious, very stylish with good furniture, fixtures and fittings - all furniture, linens and towels and pillows and blankets yours to use as needed. The building is very well run, tidy, clean and well maintained. Building has good pool, sauna, spa, gym and bbq area - my 11 year old son stays with me 40% of the time. if you want the main room with balcony and ensuite we can swap rooms - $520 per week for the larger room. I keep to myself, keep things clean and am tidy and very respectful of your privacy and space. Location is perfect, shops, restaurants, buses, trains, very leafy etc - so lucky to live here. Looking for some lovely human to share the space that likes to live in a clean fresh space and takes pride in their appearance and belongings like I do.
